چکیده

With the aim to reduce environmental footprint of buildings, this paper presents an original structural system concept for two-way slabs in residential and office buildings. The proposed extends best practice terms modularity, versatility, demountability, reusability, durability. A finite set elements can be used form main load-bearing multiple successively constructed buildings having different unpredicted layouts static systems. Ultra-High Performance Concrete (UHPC) was identified as one most promising materials application because its high strength, extreme durability opportunities it opens shape optimization material consumption reduction. In first part contribution, features new preliminary design assumptions UHPC modules are briefly outlined. Then, authors present discuss results experimental campaign on prestressed beams that were tested bending shear, under service ultimate load conditions. Beams with transversal openings web also assess influence these cracking behavior shear strength beams. Experimental provide useful information subsequent modeling system. Thanks presence fibers, only have a limited response beams, thus allowing horizontal technical shafts pass through thickness slab.

Effect of Reinforcement Type on the Tension Stiffening Model of Ultra-High Performance Concrete (UHPC)

Ultra-high performance concrete (UHPC) is a developing concrete and today is increasing to interest using it in structures due to its advantages such as high-compressive strength, modulus of elasticity, highly durability and low-permeability. Therefore, it is necessary to provide models for prediction of nonlinear behavior of this material. This study is aimed to investigate the tension-stiffen...

Development of an eco-friendly Ultra-High Performance Concrete (UHPC) with efficient cement and mineral admixtures uses

This paper addresses the development of an eco-friendly Ultra-High Performance Concrete (UHPC) with efficient cement and mineral admixtures uses are investigated. The modified Andreasen & Andersen particle packing model is utilized to achieve a densely compacted cementitious matrix. Fly ash (FA), ground granulated blast-furnace slag (GGBS) and limestone powder (LP) are used to replace cement, a...

Flexural Performance of High-strength Prestressed Concrete-encased Concrete-filled Steel Tube Sections

The sections composed of concrete and steel, which include concrete-encased concrete-filled tubes, generally have defects due to the low tensile strength of concrete. Therefore, an appropriate method was used for the combination of concrete-filled tubes (CFT) and prestressing strands which is encased in concrete. The conventional design guidelines are commonly developed for materials with norma...
